Through daily practices, they will celebrate the full spectrum of human experience, fostering a deeper sense of presence and clarity.

Instead of reducing them to well-being techniques, she explores the aliveness and radicality of their philosophy. She's also attentive to how the practice can allow us to better consider both our existence and the great challenges of our society.

Welcoming Thoughts With Open Arms: The Starting Point
In our inaugural session, we'll discover the transformative power of welcoming our thoughts with open arms. Instead of viewing thoughts as distractions to be eliminated, we'll learn to treat them as guests in the mansion of our mind. Through gentle practice, we'll cultivate a sense of spaciousness that allows for both presence and thought.

In this lesson, we'll explore the tendency to create stories around our thoughts and how to gently let go of the narrative. By embracing simplicity and kindness, we'll discover the freedom that comes from releasing the need to control or analyze our thoughts.

Seeing Through The Fog: Cultivating Clarity
In this lesson, we'll investigate the nature of our thoughts and discern fact from fiction. Through gentle inquiry and observation, we'll cultivate clarity and discernment, allowing us to see our thoughts with greater accuracy and compassion.

Honoring The Dance Of Thoughts: Life Shining Through
In this session, we'll celebrate the richness and diversity of our thoughts and emotions. Rather than viewing them as obstacles, we'll embrace them as essential elements of our human experience, allowing them to flow freely as we cultivate a deeper sense of presence.
Lección 5
The Symphony Of Presence: Putting Everything Together
Finally, we'll explore the essence of meditation practice: presence. By piecing together all the previous practices and incorporating them into a fundamental practice, we'll learn to anchor ourselves in the experience, letting go of striving and simply sitting.
