Become A Spiritual Gardener

In this four-session course, I will guide you to discover your inner garden. Through visualisation, we will explore the components needed to grow bountiful harvests. Those can be as diverse as the fruits and vegetables; you decide what you want to grow. It can be courage, resilience, peace, or any quality you would like to cultivate.

Lección 1: Preparing Your Soil

In this first lesson, you will explore your inner garden. A short meditation will bring you there, and you will be asked to identify the weeds of your mind, remove them, and bring to your soil what it needs to become nourishing and fertile for your spiritual growth.

Lección 2: Choosing And Planting Your Seeds

For today’s session, let’s choose the seeds you wish to grow. It’s really important to be precise and to consider how your inner garden can influence your choices. Like in real life, I grow flowers I like and veggies I love to eat. You should do the same. Choose what you would like to see grow in yourself. And keep in mind that a tree takes more time to reach maturity than a tomato plant! Some virtues need more time to develop than others.

Lección 3: Growth

For this third day, we will learn how to tend to our garden. How observation can lead us to prevent diseases and pests. How does keeping the seedlings free from weeds help them grow? It’s the same with our inner garden. Today’s lesson will develop abilities to recognize triggers and anything that can take us off track for tending efficiently to our merging qualities.

Lección 4: Harvest Time

In this last class, we will celebrate the harvest, and you will collect the fruits of your efforts. I will guide you to your inner garden to pick some of the qualities you have grown. We will share some tips to make sure to have an abundant garden.
