Be The Vessel - A Foundational Five-Day Course

The 5-Day course to Be The Vessel is an introduction to the importance of cleansing and upgrading the energetic and physical bodies, opening the channel to higher source energies and your true multidimensional awareness, integrating and grounding the higher light source energies into the physical density of the body, and aligning both the compass and the map for your life with a heart-guided mission led by bodily intuition and the higher mind. The course is an introduction to moving from a trauma-guided machine to a Spirit-guided one, including the importance of understanding the energetic and physical foundations of trauma as well as pathways to begin freeing yourself from such limitation and conditioning. In this course, you are invited to begin rediscovering who you truly are beyond the conditions of your human experience, creating a Light-filled version of the story, and walking yourself Home. You are the Light, the Source within, and you are ready to expand. Let us begin!

Lección 1: Cleansing The Energy Body

The first lesson begins with an understanding of the emotional and mental aspects of the energy body, and the importance of cleansing these influences on your human experience in order to free this potent source of fuel for creation in physical form. The energy body and its emotional and mental aspects acts as the bridge between the non-physical and physical realms, namely, your connection to Spirit and the physical Earth. In this lesson, you will learn the foundation of your mind, an energetic system of beliefs that dictates the stories manifesting as your personal reality. You are invited to recognize the emotion and belief-based energies no longer serving your highest self in order to realign the energetic compass for your highest life path.

Lección 2: Upgrading The Physical Body

Lesson 2 focuses on the influence of the primal survival wiring of the physical body and its lower density consciousness rooted in the Earth herself. You will learn the importance of aligning with the body's natural rhythmic intelligence and coming out of the thinking, egoic mind. You are invited to teach the body a new form of safety in order to fully honor it as the aligned compass and map for all forms of action in the physical world. This process involves a literal, physiological upgrade of the central nervous system in order to remove the filters from your physical experience of reality and reconnect to a multidimensional awareness of who you are.

Lección 3: Opening The Channel

Lesson 3 conveys what it means to open the channel to higher densities and frequencies of Light Source Consciousness. We discuss the implications of pulling the filters from one's mind and body and the resulting influence of expansion energetically and physically. As you begin to reconnect to the higher source energies of your true multidimensional nature and Spirit home, you will find there is no turning back, no return ticket to the confines of your conditioned mind and body. You are invited to proceed with both safety and surrender as you say “Yes” to the journey home to Source.

Lección 4: Integration And Grounding

Lesson 4 describes the importance of grounding higher source energies into the physical body to allow for the holistic integration of all aspects of the human experience. You will learn the necessity of accommodating both the higher energy of the stars (Mind) and the denser energy of the physical Earth (Body) to bridge the spiritual and physical realms and fully upgrade all aspects of your consciousness. In this journey, there is no inner child, no inner part, left behind. Therefore, you are invited to recognize the importance of rooting in as much as expanding out, and dancing with the desires to journey upward and outward as much as the need to come down and in to the deeper recesses of one's lower mind and body. You are the full spectrum of Light and shadow, the allness of Source, and you are invited now to integrate this awareness into the physical form and evolve the capacity of the human machine to walk a Spirit guided path.

Lección 5: Being The Vessel (For The Light Within)

Lesson 5 is an introductory summary of moving from a trauma-guided machine to a Spirit-guided machine in human form. You are invited to understand the dance between manifesting a new story beyond the filters of your mind and body while also acknowledging the story-less place - the void - that exists beyond all manifestation. After several lessons detailing the importance of various forms of commitment, you will hear a parting message about letting go and learning to love. The zen paradox of this so-called "work" is that you cannot recruit the familiar forms of ego, thinking, and ethic to walk this path; instead, you are invited to reconcile with the paradox itself and aim the compass toward the frequency of love. You are walking a spiritual path while waking up to the notion that you are already home within yourself, just blinded by the conditioning of being human. There is nothing to do, nothing to strive for, and nothing to chase. Relax, ride the waves, and watch the mind's attempts at quickly giving away your power to some external source of "spiritual authority," including us! This is a beginner’s message to always come home to the Self, trust the inner authority you are ready to begin listening to, and allow this loving compass to guide you forth as it unfolds the higher map with every step.
