This meditation is a guide to your true compass and the path you were always meant to walk. Rather than seeking out the full map or blueprint for your life, you are invited only to tune the compass of your heart - the space where your highest expression unfolds - to the next most joyful and exciting step from which all of life unfolds. By following the thread of this moment-by-moment unfolding, the game becomes a bit easier and more graceful. The mind can slowly begin to relax, to let go of the reigns or the need to control every outcome and to more easily serve the heart compass with divine wisdom when needed or necessary. And all the while you are following this thread, your body begins to say "Thank You" as it deepens more and more into a state of grace, presence, surrender, and love. May this be a gift, an invitation, and a medicine to begin walking the path you were always meant to walk. When you are ready, let us begin.

This is a transmission for following the heart compass,

Aligning yourself with that which is meant to guide you true.

But how do you know?

How do we really know what is meant to guide us forth?

What is the so-called true self or the expression of the soul?

The reality is we don't really know,

And we may not ever really know in the way the mind or the ego would like to.

But with practice and a kind of surrender and flow to that which we feel,

The felt experience of our life,

Not necessarily all the emotions we feel from moment to moment,

But underneath that,

In the undercurrent of our felt experience,

There lives a sense of divine will,

Divine intention,

Purpose that is guiding us forth.

And this sense of will cannot always be explained or put into words or written down or defended with evidence-based research about who we are and why we are,

But it can be followed and it can be trusted.

Therein lies the challenge when we cannot necessarily prove or explicitly identify that which we are trusting or putting our faith in.

Of course,

This is the nature of trust and of faith.

We cannot prove it,

Otherwise it would not require such things.

But with practice,

There starts to be a kind of feedback loop,

A process of validation that isn't about what other people are saying or validating you for or clapping or heaping accolades on you,

But it's more about an inner sense of alignment,

Of joy,

Of excitement that is then followed by action and met in return by the circumstances of your life falling into place.

And this could mean the falling away of things that are no longer serving you or the introduction of opportunities of people,

Places,

Or things coming in that feel good to you,

That you couldn't necessarily have planned for or expected but make sense once they arrive.

You might call this a kind of synchronicity.

And so as you follow this thread,

Weave this pattern of something you can't necessarily explain or defend or describe,

Not even to yourself,

The universe has a way of showing you you are on the quote-unquote right path.

Because it's not ultimately about right or wrong,

It's more about this idea of alignment,

The track that is right for you,

Is true for you,

Not necessarily for anybody else but for you.

Therefore,

No one else can really clear the path for you or point you in one way or another.

What they can do is they can all play characters in your story.

They can all be vessels for a piece of information or a direction or a reflection of something that you are ready to receive.

And they may do this unbeknownst to them.

They may not be conscious that they are guiding you or playing that role.

Other people may,

In their own ego structures,

Have a sense of what they think you should know or what they think you should do.

But in the undercurrent of their words,

They may be acting as a guidepost from the universe reflecting something back to you that allows you to keep following the thread of your own heart,

Of your own joy,

Of your own inspiration.

And once you begin to see the world through this lens,

Through this kind of game where everything and everyone is a reflection,

Some aspect of a mirror that reveals to you more of your own path,

It can become quite fun,

Quite exciting.

Where no moment,

No encounter,

No experience is wasted.

It's all serving you in some form or another,

Either showing you what is not in alignment with this ineffable expression of your path,

Or by showing you what really is in alignment that was always there for you just waiting to be discovered.

And whether you discover that through the reflection of another person or some direct feedback based on an experience or a choice you made,

Whether it just falls into your lap or whether you,

With great effort and over a period of struggle and strife,

Ended up finding yourself in alignment with the next step.

It doesn't really matter how you came to the next step,

But more so trusting that there will be one and another one and another one after that.

And as long as you keep aligning your compass to whatever that next step is for you,

The path will keep revealing itself and the compass will get more and more fine-tuned,

More and more accurate,

More and more sensitive to what is exactly right for you.

Long gone are the doubts of making a mistake because you no longer believe in mistakes.

You no longer hold so tightly to beliefs at all because beliefs are a thing of the mind.

You are more focused on this grander idea of the heart,

This grander idea of a compass based on felt experience of where you are going,

Which you cannot see,

But you know how to get there by following the thread,

By following the felt sense of your experience,

That which lights you up in every moment.

And you are not turning away from the things that don't light you up,

You are letting those teach you as well,

Because sometimes we are invited through no control or manipulation of our own to simply be with the shadows,

The aspects of our experience that are explicitly not lighting us up or guiding us into different parts of ourselves that are painful,

But with this perspective of no mistakes and no experience in vain,

We can surrender a bit deeper,

Cultivate a bit more ease and grace,

And release the fear of confronting such things,

Which naturally allows us to flow through them and once again find ourselves back into alignment with the light,

With the joy,

And it's all a ride,

It's all a game.

It has twists and turns and surprises,

But it's all okay.

It's less scary now,

Even when it is scary for a moment.

Once that moment ends,

We return to the home we've been building,

Trusting that the next moment we will be led true,

And that even in the scary times,

We were still being led true.

We were being led to confront the things that were in our way,

So that we may keep clearing the path,

Clearing the debris that was pervading our view,

Our view of the true destiny,

That we are able to choose freely in every moment,

And with this free will choosing,

We continue to align with that within us,

Which holds our true light,

Our true home,

Our true compass,

Our true mission.

So as you begin or continue to walk this path,

Let this be an invitation,

A gift,

And a medicine for you to know that all is well,

That you've always been walking this path,

But now you begin to do so with more conscious awareness,

More conscious intention,

More sensitivity to that which truly aligns with you and for you,

And that which you no longer care to explore,

No longer have a need to experience,

No longer have a need to learn or work through.

You are ready for a more graceful and easy path home,

Home to yourself and to all that you are here to discover,

With grace,

With ease,

And with love.

Let us begin.

We talked about finding purpose in the live today and now I see that life isn't really about finding purpose. But life is about being true to self and following what aligns with the true self. Thank you for this. ❤️
