Wherever you are right now,

An overwhelmed nervous system,
Or intense emotion energy,
Allow your mind and body to release for the moment.

If you have been led all day by your brain's fear-based thinking,
Survival thinking,
Your brain's defenses against the emotion energy.
I invite you to lay down its guard.
When you can lay down your guard,
You uncover the love waiting for you.
I invite you to consider for the moment you have all you need.

Allow whatever is showing up in your mind,
Body,
Experience to show up.
No need to fight.
No need to resist.
