It's time to remember the truth of who you are.

To surrender the layers of tension,

Of trauma,

Of emotion,

And belief you are carrying.

Wherever you are right now,

If you are hurting with racing thoughts,

An overwhelmed nervous system,

Or intense emotion energy,

Allow your mind and body to release for the moment.

Allow your heart to open for the moment.

If you have been led all day by your brain's fear-based thinking,

Survival thinking,

Your brain's defenses against the emotion energy.

I invite you to lay down its guard.

When you can lay down your guard,

You uncover the love waiting for you.

I invite you to consider for the moment you have all you need.

Allow yourself to dance with me for the moment.

Allow whatever is showing up in your mind,

Body,

Experience to show up.

No need to fight.

No need to resist.

All I invite you to do is remember that the truth of who you are is more powerful and more expansive than the layers revealing themselves in this moment.

The love,

Gratitude,

Inspiration,

Joy,

And freedom are there for you.

Release the tight fist of grasping and allow this moment to bring you home to your essence,

The true nature that knows your true purpose for this life.

But to transform.
