This Lesson invites you to gently uncover and release the inner blocks that hold back your creative flow,
such as self-doubt, perfectionism, and the inner critic. Through compassionate teaching and a guided meditation, you’ll begin reconnecting with the part of you that once created freely, playfully, and without judgment.

Lección 2: Trusting The Muse: Reclaiming Your Intuitive Creative Flow

Day two invites you to reconnect with your intuitive creative flow by building trust in your unique voice and inner rhythm. You’ll explore how to listen for inspiration, release the need for perfection, and allow your creativity to unfold naturally. Through reflective teaching and a guided meditation, you’ll meet your inner muse and remember the joy of expressing without pressure.
