Today we'll be setting our intention to step towards ourselves and our inner confidence.
This meditation will bridge the gap between us and the quiet confidence within.
Learning to believe in yourself allows you to become vulnerable and available to your life.
Before you begin any life pursuit,
You agree to step towards a more conscious awareness of making choices that come from a confident place within.
Let's start today's practice by finding somewhere quiet to sit.
Arriving here in our bodies,
Anchoring into the ground,
Awakening within.
Extending a sense of gratefulness to yourself in this moment,
In taking the most integral step to build our body and spirits in confidence.
Closing down your eyes,
Let's start today's practice by taking a few nourishing and slow breaths.
Taking an audible sigh on the exhale out.
Listen to my breath now as an example of this.
Let's do three rounds of this together.
Consciously letting go what is coming up for you.
Relax in your face,
Your shoulders,
Forearms and your lower back.
Focus in on the breath,
Allowing it to soften.
The breath is effortless,
Just watching it flow in and flow out.
As you breathe in,
Just connecting here with each breath,
Noticing it fill up your lungs and then enjoying the feeling of each breath as it goes.
Sitting here for a moment in any new space you have cleared,
Look for that part of you that wanted to choose this meditation.
Noticing any feelings or thoughts that may be lying in your subconsciousness.
Notice any stress or strong emotions.
See if you can connect with the wisdom within you that ignited this desire to instill confidence within yourself.
Allowing yourself to feel these emotions.
Notice if there is a difference between the you that is living now and the you that called you to this meditation.
Is the voice that called you here more confident,
More grounded,
More vibrant,
More radiant?
We don't first hear the voice without first knowing it is possible within.
Confidence are already qualities within you.
They sometimes haven't come awake yet.
Let's take a moment to come into agreement with our wise self.
Placing a hand here on your heart center and say these words silently with me now.
I am choosing to unlock my inner confidence.
I am choosing to step into my worthiness to build on my own self belief.
I am choosing to become more awake and aware.
I am agreeing from this moment forward to trust my own judgment.
I am choosing to follow my spirit's wisdom.
I am allowing my heart to fill with compassion and confidence.
Taking a moment here to allow love and compassion to pour through your whole body while these statements marinate within you.
I am now gently bringing your attention back to your breath.
Just noticing the flow in and the exhale out.
Your lens or outlook is no longer one of fear or low self esteem.
Just noticing the confidence within.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Just bringing your awareness now back into the room,
Feeling your body is strong,
Your shoulders are relaxed,
There's a gentle smile on your lips and whenever you're ready,
Just gently opening up your eyes.
