Aloha,
This is Arielle here and I'm going to be your guide for this magical monthly meditation and today's meditation,
This month's meditation is on receiving the power and the peace from the spiritual sun.
So I'm going to guide you in a meditation on how to connect with the spiritual sun on a very easy regular ditty day basis and how to really receive the power and the nourishment there for you.
So come to a comfortable place ideally sitting or lying down and place your hand on your heart and take the deepest fullest breath you've taken so far today and on your exhale soften,
Soften your body,
Soften your mind,
Soften your heart,
Take another very deep nourishing breath and once again on your exhale soften and melt,
Release,
Relax into a greater and greater state of peace.
Take another deep breath in and on this exhale imagine a golden liquid helping you,
Allowing you to melt,
Soften and relax even deeper and imagine this golden liquid just purifying your entire being,
Washing away all your entire being,
Washing away any unnecessary thoughts,
Feelings,
Worries,
Cleansing you with warmth,
Softness and peace and inviting you into a deeper and deeper and deeper state of relaxation.
And on your next breath hand still on heart tell yourself how much you love you,
How much you appreciate yourself for you are with you for all of time,
You are with you for eternity,
You're always with you,
You're always with yourself so feel that,
Tune into that and acknowledge and love yourself because you may as well right?
Your relationship with you is one of the most important ones you have,
Really the most so on this next breath,
This next few breaths,
Take in love from yourself,
Give and receive love,
Nourish yourself with love and as you do this feel your body soften,
Your mind and your heart soften even more because to be open to receive the love of the spiritual son of source of God the divine,
One,
It's important that you love yourself and you feel your own love and you feel your own beauty and worthiness and wonder.
So just feel that love and love yourself and you feel your own beauty and worthiness and wonder so just soften into that gratitude,
Self-appreciation and now tune into the light,
The point of light in the center of your forehead where you the soul resides,
Bright sparkling star and now tune into the point of light that is source,
That is the one that is your companion,
The point of light far,
Far away beyond this world yet the speed of the mind is very fast so you can get there in just a second and now connect the point of light that you are in the center of your forehead to the point of light that is the spiritual son that is the source and envision as the source of your beauty is the source and envision and feel a direct strong ray of light connecting from your forehead to the spiritual son and as you breathe allow this light to nourish you,
To fill you,
To love you,
Feel the power and the beauty of this energy as you allow the source,
The spiritual son to fill you with light and just as you might bask in the physical sun and receive nourishment for your body in the same way now bask in the spiritual son and receive the nourishment for the soul as this being blesses you and fills you and colors you by the divine qualities of the one peace,
Purity,
Love,
Compassion,
Mercy and forgiveness,
Power,
Benevolence,
Joy,
Bliss all of these wonderful pure traits allow them to fill you,
Color you and become you as you receive the spiritual nourishment and are able to really imbibe these qualities and bring them into you being into your beautiful life and as you're basking in this sun feel its warmth,
Feel its warmth,
Feel its warmth,
Feel its warmth,
Feel its warmth,
Feel its warmth,
Feel its warmth,
Feel its warmth,
Feel this love,
This all-encompassing,
Unconditional,
Pure love this is love of the one,
Of source,
The father and mother of all souls.
Basking,
Experiencing,
Softening,
Relaxing and realizing that this sun is ever available for you to connect to,
For you to bask in,
For you to receive light and encouragement from.
It's just a matter of one determined thought,
One thought,
Oh,
I must connect with my companion,
I must connect with the spiritual sun and just like that,
In an instant,
The power of consciousness is very fast.
You can be connected,
Receiving and being filled,
No matter if you're driving a car or speaking with someone,
Before you go to sleep at night,
When you wake up,
At your meals,
Whenever,
It's very simple and doesn't require,
You know,
Stopping what you're doing or anything like that.
You can have this constant flow of energy with you,
Empowering you,
Moment to moment to moment,
Every day.
So just breathe and receive.
Place your hand on your heart and experience and feel and allow yourself to be an innocent child,
Innocent child just basking in the rays of light of the spiritual sun.
Notice how worries,
Thoughts,
Distractions just fall away in this presence and everything's okay.
You receive the power,
The faith,
The enthusiasm to move forward in your life and the more you keep this flow,
This nourishment coming into you,
The more it will then come through you and act out into the world and your relationships and bless so many,
Including yourself.
So simple and so easy to just receive this light.
Possibly the most natural thing for the soul.
The most easy and natural relationship,
Aside from the one with yourself of course,
Is this one with Source,
The spiritual sun,
Your eternal companion.
Just breathing and receiving.
Melting in the face of this love,
Fears,
Worries,
Judgments melting away until all that's left is love,
Compassion,
Peace,
Power,
Purity,
Happiness and gratitude and so much more.
Taking a few more breaths,
Connecting with this presence and the silence and sweetness of your heart and your mind.
And remembering to remember this practice,
Remembering to connect,
Remembering to receive for nothing physical,
Nothing material can purify the spiritual.
We can eat really well and exercise and do physical things to affect the health of our physical body,
But to improve the health,
Wellbeing,
Evolution,
Purification of our spiritual self,
The soul,
We need a spiritual source.
And so this spiritual sun is that source,
That source that you can connect to anytime,
Anywhere,
No matter what,
Always there for you.
So take a moment and think this presence,
Your companion,
The spiritual sun.
Think this presence,
Love this presence and remember this presence,
It's always here to love you and fill you and nourish you.
It's your ever faithful friend,
Your most loyal relationship,
A being who will always love you.
So think this,
Experience this presence and maybe keep this connection as you go into your day,
Keep this connection as you go into your night,
Keep this connection as you go into your life.
And no matter what happens,
Always receive this nourishment for it is here for you in difficult times and happy times and easy times no matter what and it will always be here for you.
