It's moving and it's shifting.
And that also includes you.

Your thoughts and even your beliefs are all forms of energy.
And the thing is,
They don't just stay inside of you either.
They radiate outwards,
Affecting the way you show up in the world,
The people you attract and the experiences that come your way.
Actually,
The frequency of your energy can shift you into two very different realities.
One where things feel heavy or blocked and stuck.
And one where things feel light and flowing and full of possibilities.
Let's break that down for you.
When you're in a low vibrational state,
You might feel on edge,
Sad or drained.
You might experience anger,
Shame or guilt.
You might even feel hopeless,
Like nothing's working out for you.
And when your energetic vibration is low,
It can feel like you're just trudging through the day,
Through life,
With a black cloud over your head.
Everything seems harder.
Opportunities seem to pass you by.
And you might notice negative patterns repeating themselves as well,
Like you keep getting stuck in the same type of relationships,
The same money struggles,
The same frustrations,
Over and over again.
Now,
Compare that to when you feel good,
On top of the world.
That is a high vibrational state.
That's when you feel happy,
Grateful,
Joyful,
Excited,
Creative,
Inspired.
When your vibration is high,
Life feels completely different.
Synchronicities start to appear.
You bump into the right person at the right time.
Doors open.
You get that phone call,
That message,
That opportunity.
And it just feels like the universe is supporting you,
Like it's got your back.
Think about this.
Have you ever had one of those mornings where you wake up late,
Spill your coffee,
Miss the bus and the whole day just snowballs into chaos?
That is called low vibrational momentum.
And it pulls you down even further.
However,
Let's flip that.
Think about the mornings when you wake up feeling refreshed,
Ready to go,
Feeling grateful for something simple like a sunny morning.
And suddenly your whole day unfolds completely effortlessly.
The right song comes on the radio.
Someone smiles at you.
Opportunities line up.
That's high vibration at work.
It's like shifting into two completely different realities,
Just by the energy you're carrying.
And if you're carrying around heavy energy,
Then chances are you're probably feeling stuck in your life,
Maybe unable to move forward.
You've got no clarity.
There's no clear path ahead.
No new ideas are coming.
And your inspiration has all but dried up.
Now here's the thing.
New positive energy cannot come in until you clear out the old heavy stuff.
It's a bit like trying to bring in new furniture into a room that's full of clutter.
There's no space.
Which means it's time for a clear out.
And the thing is,
By simply expanding your energy,
By letting go of what's heavy and making space for something lighter,
You create the conditions for new positive experiences to flow into your life.
And the good news is,
Shifting your energy can be really easy.

First,
Stop what you're doing,
Pause the video,
And then start it again once you've found a comfortable place to sit.
Now that you've done that,
Welcome back.
OK,
I'd like you to sit with your feet firmly on the ground,
Hands resting gently in your lap,
And close your eyes if you like.
If not,
Then you can simply just lower your gaze.
Now,
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in deeply,
And exhaling,
Letting the body relax completely,
Just like it's a ragdoll.
Now,
With each breath,
Imagine you're drawing in fresh,
Clear energy.
And with each exhale,
Imagine you're releasing heavy,
Stuck energy that no longer serves you.
You might like to visualise that old energy as a dark cloud,
Leaving your body with every out-breath.
Just see it dissolving into the air,
Leaving you lighter and clearer with every breath.
Now,
Bring your attention to the centre of your chest,
Into your heart space,
And imagine a warm,
Golden light there.
With every inhale,
See that light growing and glowing brighter.
With every exhale,
Feel it expanding,
Spreading through your chest,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your whole body.
Let that golden light wash through you,
Dissolving any leftover heaviness,
Filling every corner of your being with warmth and peace.
Now,
Imagine that light expanding beyond your body,
Filling the space around you,
The room in which you're in,
Creating a field of positive energy.
This is your vibration expanding,
Opening space for new opportunities,
New possibilities and new abundance to flow into your life.
Just take a moment to breathe into this expanded energy field.
Notice its lightness.
Be aware of its spaciousness.
Feel its openness to receive.
Now,
Take one final deep breath in,
And exhale fully.
And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Bringing this new energy back with you.
Notice how you feel now,
Compared to just a few minutes ago.
That shift you experienced,
That's the power of working with your energy field.
Remember,
Everything is energy,
And so are you.
The more you clear out the heavy energy and choose to expand into higher vibrational frequencies,
The more space that you create for all the good stuff to come in,
Like serendipities,
Opportunities and big dollops of abundance.
