Good morning and welcome to this beautiful day.
Let's take the next few moments to get as comfy as you can.
You may choose to lay down in today's Yoganudra or sit up,
Either sitting on a chair or finding a comfortable seated position on the floor,
Whatever works for you today.
Wherever you're at,
Taking the next few moments to get settled,
Arrange and adjust yourself to feel just a little bit more comfy.
Let's take three clearing breaths.
So inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
Two more times,
Inhale through the nose,
Exhale through the mouth.
One more time,
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Allowing all five senses to open wide.
Seeing,
Hearing,
Smell,
Taste,
Touch.
Feeling into the skin boundary with a sense of touch.
Feeling the surface beneath you supporting you as you lean into the surfaces beneath you,
Allowing yourself to be supported.
Now bringing attention to the mouth.
Feeling into all the sensations from the mouth.
Feeling sensation into the inside of the mouth and the sides of the cheeks.
Traveling the sensation all the way up the cheekbones,
Through the temples,
Across the forehead,
To the point between the eyebrows.
Feeling into the sensations from between the eyebrows,
Through the eyes,
Softening,
Relaxing the eyes.
Traveling sensation into the brain,
Within the cavity,
Within the head.
And then traveling the sensation all the way down the back of the neck,
Through the base of the throat.
Traveling sensation all the way across the tops of both shoulders.
Feeling the sensations traveling down both arms at the same time,
Both forearms,
Thumbs,
Left hand finger,
Middle finger,
Fourth finger,
Pinky finger.
Both palms at the same time.
The backs of both hands.
Now both the left and right hands at the same time.
A field of vibrant,
Radiant sensation.
Feeling this radiant sensation all the way up through the arms one more time,
All the way up across the tops of the shoulders to the base of the throat.
Traveling sensation down the chest,
Through the rib cage,
Down into the belly,
Into the hips and pelvis.
Now traveling sensation all the way down both thighs,
Knees,
Shins and calves at the same time.
Traveling this radiant sensation through both ankles,
Both feet,
Big toes,
Second toes,
Middle toes,
Fourth toes,
Baby toes,
Both feet at the same time as radiant sensation.
Now traveling sensation like a wave of radiant sensation all the way up through the legs,
Through the torso,
All the way up through the crown of the head,
The entire body awake and alive as radiant sensation.
Feeling these waves of energy pulsing through you.
And then sensing and feeling into this quiet space inside of you.
For some of us we might like to deepen the breath into the heart space.
Feeling the chest rising on the in-breath,
Releasing on the out-breath.
For some of us we might like to drop the breath deeper into the belly button.
Feeling the belly button rising on the in-breath,
Releasing on the out-breath.
Deepening into these sensations.
Opening into deeper layers of consciousness.
Opening into deeper layers of you.
With a sense of curiosity opening and expanding into your intention for today.
Is there one thing for today that you would like to move towards?
Is there a way you'd like to feel by the end of today?
And what would it feel like by the end of today to have stayed true to this intention?
With a sense of curiosity open into this.
Is there a physical sensation within the body?
Are there any accompanying thoughts with today's intention?
Allowing everything to be exactly as it is.
Just as if there are any accompanying emotions with your intention for today.
Taking your time and continue to open into this intention for today.
Nurturing the physical sensations that might be arising.
And as you stay with this intention for today,
Notice if there is a sense of a deeper joy that is also arising from this intention you've set for today.
Or a deeper sense of love.
Allowing yourself to lean into this.
Feel this pulsating through your entire being.
Now taking the next few moments to resolve to check back in with this intention throughout today.
I hope you continue to nurture this intention.
I hope this intention supports your deepest heartfelt desire for this life.
Now taking this next few moments with a sense of gratitude.
Taking this time for you.
Bringing this intention and this sense of gratitude with you throughout the rest of your day.
