Close your eyes and start to connect with your breath.

As you soften the thinking mind,
Perhaps softening all the way down into the heart space.
Feel the pulsing of the heartbeat.
Feeling the breath expanding through the heart space.
Rising and falling of the rib cage with each breath.
Filling up to the flow of energy and life pulsing through you with its warmth and vibrance.
This feeling of aliveness as you welcome in this new day with gratitude.
