Hello everyone,

Thank you so much for joining me for today's practice.

Today we are going to be channeling Reiki energy and using breathwork for worry,

Negative thought loops,

And anxiety.

We are going to start our practice today in a seated position and be sure to have a straight spine,

Supported neck,

Supported knees if you need to as well.

Let's start by clearing the mind with three deep cleansing breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Whenever you're ready bring both of your hands to heart center.

Shift your awareness into this space.

Feel into this space.

Feel the heart opening.

Feel the warmth or any other sensations in this space and visualize a bright white light pouring from the crown chakra and filling the body with light.

This is healing energy.

This is universal love.

Universal love for yourself,

For all living things.

Visualize this love,

This light,

Pouring from the heart down the arms and into the palms.

With this energy accumulating in the palms of the hands,

Place your left hand on your root chakra and your right hand on your heart chakra.

In this space the heart is supporting the root.

The heart is offering relief and healing so the root can feel more grounded and stable.

In this moment there is no worry,

There is no doubt,

There is no stress.

There is only love and stability.

With your hands placed here visualize the light pouring from your hands and into these chakras.

With your hands still in this placement let's breathe in and out three times through the nose.

And whenever you're ready let's breathe in and out three times through the mouth.

Breathing in and out three times through the nose and then breathing in and out three times through the mouth.

Now continue the cycle as long as you would like,
