As you are fully present in this meditation,
Allow yourself to find deep peace and deep relaxation as you release stress,
Anxiety,
And tension as we move through the chakra energy centers,
Allowing energy to flow,
Be released,
And surface as needed.
During this time,
There is no need to judge or contemplate what surfaces.
Simply allow this energy to flow and trust that whatever surfaces is meant to surface.
Now whenever you're ready,
Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
Be sure to have symmetry in the body and the arms and the legs,
And be sure to have a supported neck,
Spine and knees.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
To further ground yourself in this moment,
Shift your awareness to the bottom of your feet.
Allow your awareness to flow and shift as you move from the bottom of your feet into your toes and up through the ankles,
Furthering your awareness up the calves and into the knees,
Through the thighs and into the hips,
Until you find yourself at the base of the spine in the root chakra.
As you find the root chakra,
I want you to feel into this space.
Breathe life into this space until you feel a slight tingling sensation here.
Whenever you start to feel life in this area,
I want you to visualize a closed lotus flower,
Deep red in color.
Now allow yourself to open the flower.
As you are opening the red lotus flower,
Visualize a bright red light emanating from the center of the flower.
Continue opening the lotus flower until there's only light.
Allow your awareness to shift into the sacral chakra.
Feel into this space.
Breathe life into this space.
Whenever you're ready,
Visualize a closed lotus flower,
Bright orange in color,
And allow yourself to open the flower with the bright orange light shining through.
Continue opening the flower until there is nothing but light.
Whenever you're ready,
Shift your awareness into the solar plexus chakra.
Feel into this space.
Breathe life into this space.
And visualize a closed lotus flower,
Yellow in color.
And as you open this flower,
Visualize a bright yellow light shining through until there is only light.
Moving your awareness into the center of your chest,
The heart chakra.
Feel into this space.
Feel the warmth,
The tingling,
The buzzing,
And breathe life into this space.
Visualizing a closed lotus flower,
Green in color.
And as you open the flower,
A emerald green light is shining through.
Allow yourself to open the flower until there is only light.
Moving your way up to the throat chakra,
Feeling into this space and breathing life into this space.
As this energy center becomes alive,
Visualize a closed lotus flower,
Blue in color.
As you open the flower,
There is a blue light emanating.
Continue opening the lotus flower until there is only the blue light left.
Now shifting into the center of the forehead,
Into the third eye chakra,
Feeling into this space and breathing life into this space.
Visualizing a closed lotus flower,
Indigo in color.
As you open the flower,
An indigo light pours through.
Whenever you're ready,
Find yourself at the top of the head,
The crown chakra,
Feeling and breathing life into the crown chakra.
Visualizing a closed lotus flower,
Purple in color.
Opening the closed lotus flower to find a bright purple light shining through.
Continue opening the flower until there is only light.
As we finish this meditation,
Let's allow our breath to anchor us back into the present moment with three deep grounding breaths.
In through the nose,
Inhaling light.
And out through the mouth,
Releasing all tension and stress.
