This track is intended for anyone that's struggling to sleep hopefully whilst listening to this track you'll be able to drift off into wonderful blissful sleep please find the position in which you are going to sleep close your eyes and simply listen to my voice as i guide you through this visualization you are lying on a hammock ascended from the floor connected to two gigantic trees on the edge of a forest there is a field directly in front of you where you are on the edge of the forest and in this field you can see foxes playing together running around having a good time it is late at night the stars are twinkling above you there's a very small moon and the light from the small moon and the stars are twinkling on a lake in the field just momentarily focus on the foxes playing around in this field and allow it to relax you as you slowly move from side to side in your hammock as the wind gently blows against you you are completely safe you are perfectly okay in this moment now is your time to rest as you continue to slowly move from side to side in your hammock you shift your focus from the foxes playing in the field to the light shimmering on the lake shimmering on the lake you can just see the lights twinkling in the lake there are small ripples where you can see fish are moving around you can see on the edge of the lake where the wind is slowly blowing against it there's a ripple which is just moving slowly across the lake keep your attention on the water and just watch it move slowly watch it twinkle and allow it to totally rest you in this moment allow your body to fully relax your arms your legs your neck your back and really just allow your resting place to swallow you up in comfort you hear a slight moving in a branch to the side of you and you notice a small monkey curious watching you sway from side to side its curiosity brings it closer to you as it moves across the branch you invite it into the hammock with you and this small baby monkey only about the size of your hand cuddles into your chest and rests there with you you're both so comfortable in this moment swaying from side to side and you can feel the love from this small being radiating through your body you are providing this little baby monkey some comfort in this moment and it is doing the same for you continue swaying from side to side and just feel each other's energy and rest with one another the monkey looks up at you smiles and leaves the hammock and moves its way onto the branch jumps onto the tree next to you and makes its way back into the forest you move your gaze towards the field again and notice that there is a white horse which has made its way towards the lake it's a wild horse and it's looking for some water you just watch it while it drinks the lake water it's a little bit cautious and it keeps looking up to its side making sure that there are no predators or anyone that's trying to disturb its peace and you just watch this horse's behavior for some time as it's slowly drinking the water from the lake and looking around the field you observe its beauty the light from the stars are shining down on the horse's skin the whiteness of the horse is glowing because of the light that's shining on it this animal is radiating in the night light you shift your focus away from the field and allow the horse to get on with what it's doing continue closing your eyes and just focusing on your own body and how you're feeling once again allow your neck,

Your back,

Your arms and your legs and your entire body to fully relax into the hammock as it swings from side to side and allow yourself to fall into restful sleep
