Sometimes meditation just doesn't cut it.
When you are so worked up,
When you have gone through such a tough time,
It's nearly impossible to focus on relaxing and your sensations.
So that's why today we're gonna be releasing rather than relaxing.
It's okay for you to feel upset and not very good during this meditation.
It's okay.
Give yourself this time to release that sadness.
More often than not we swallow those bad feelings and we carry on with our day and we brush things off and then it just builds up and builds up and builds up.
Crying is okay.
Being sad is okay.
You have good within you.
You know deep down that whatever it is you're going through is not who you are.
That does not define you.
Let's release in a healthy way today.
All I want you to do is listen to my voice.
That's all.
I'm here for you.
I'm here for you during this hard time.
I know things have been tough lately.
Maybe things have piled up on top of each other.
Maybe things seem dark and like you have a low energy and like you feel flat.
I know that feeling.
And sometimes it's hard to be optimistic.
Sometimes you don't want to be optimistic,
You just want to let it out,
Right?
Tears are okay.
I'm here for you.
Whatever it is you're going through,
You are not alone.
I see your pain and I see your struggles.
I am your friend.
I'm here so you can vent.
Release in whatever way you need to right now.
You are in a place of loving understanding.
I understand you.
I feel you.
I relate to you.
It's okay.

Feel my warmth.
Understand that whatever it is you are going through,
You don't have to be alone.
You can return to this at any point and I know that I am not physically there with you,
But know that my words are intended for you.
You as a person deep down have good energy in you.
You have people around you that know your strengths and love who you are.
Maybe sometimes they take that for granted.
Maybe sometimes people take advantage of your nice nature or maybe people don't listen to you,
But understand that most of the time it's because they are also caught up in their own world.
Most of the time they're not intending to hurt you or not listen to you and you know what it is that they truly want deep down as close people to you.
Or maybe there's a situation which is out of your control right now,
Whether that's in the workplace,
Whether that's in your environment,
Cultural situation,
Societal situation.
If it's out of your control then know that all you can do is vent and release that energy.
So you are doing exactly what you need to do right now.
Be gentle with yourself.
Let yourself be upset.
It's okay to be upset.
You don't have to keep fighting and keep fighting.
Everything is going to be alright,
I promise.
Things always work out.
Believe in that.

Whatever it is that happens next with your current situation know that you are never truly alone.
There are always good people that are cheering for you,
That want you to succeed.
I know things are tough and maybe you've got a million hurdles ahead of you.
But the universe does not place something in front of you that you are not capable of getting through.
Believe in yourself.
