A quick and effective meditation to cleanse your chakras in a short period. This guided visualization will help you clean negativity from each chakra so you can find a place of content. Sometimes we can't quite pinpoint why we are emotionally overwhelmed and during those times this guided meditation will help you find a place of stability and feel more grounded.

Find a comfortable seated position with your spine straight and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs and exhale fully through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Allow your body to relax and settle into stillness.

Now let's begin the chakra opening meditation to balance and activate each of your 7 chakras.

Visualise a vibrant red light at the base of your spine,

At the perineum,

Representing your root chakra.

As you connect with this energy,

Repeat the affirmation silently or out loud,

I am safe,

Grounded and supported.

Feel a sense of stability and security.

Move your awareness to the area just below your navel,

Glowing with an orange light,

Symbolising your sacral chakra.

Repeat I embrace pleasure,

Joy and creativity in my life.

Feel a renewed sense of passion and vitality.

Shift your attention to your upper abdomen,

Radiating a bright yellow light,

Signifying your solar plexus chakra.

Imagine I am confident,

Empowered and in control of my life.

Embrace your personal power and inner strength.

Imagine a beautiful green light residing at the centre of your chest,

Representing your heart chakra.

Whisper to yourself,

I give and receive love unconditionally.

Feel compassion,

Forgiveness and unconditional love flow through you.

Direct your focus to your throat,

Glowing with a soothing blue light,

Symbolising the throat chakra.

Repeat silently,

In your mind,

I speak my truth with clarity and confidence.

Sense your voice becoming a powerful instrument of expression.

Shift your attention to the space between your eyebrows,

Radiating an indigo light,

Representing your third eye chakra.

Affirm gently,

I trust my intuition and see beyond the physical.

Open your mind to inner wisdom and intuition.

Finally,

Visualise a brilliant white light,

Like a thousand petalled lotus,

Residing at the top of your head,

Symbolising the crown chakra.

Repeat,

I am connected to the divine,

Accessing higher consciousness.

Feel a sense of unity and spiritual connection.

Take a moment to let the energy settle within you.

Acknowledge the balance brought to each chakra.

Begin to align yourself with the present moment,

Harmonised and refreshed.

As you carry the energy of this meditation into your day,

Remember to nurture and explore each chakra and its unique qualities.

Regularly revisiting this practice will support the continued opening and alignment of your chakras.

For the final minute I would like you to close your eyes and just continue to recognise the glow of each chakra within you.

Notice the colour radiating throughout your body,

Energising you as you feel refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day.
