I am safe,

Supported and at peace in this moment.

I let go of future worries and focus on what I can do now.

I find beauty and gratitude in the here and now.

I surrender my need for certainty and find comfort in the present.

I choose to be mindful,

Aware and accepting of the present.

I allow myself to experience peace with each breath I take.

I release resistance and open my heart to the now.
