All life requires oxygen.
Human beings obtain their oxygen by breathing in the air around them.
When we breathe we are breathing in a life force,
An energy,
A power that has been here since the beginning of time itself.
When we live these fast-paced lives we tend to have really short breaths because we're not focusing on breathing we're just focusing on what tasks we have to do.
Breath work is extremely powerful because it allows us to breathe in the energy of life intentionally and this is a very powerful thing to do because it means that we are allowing oxygen to flow properly throughout our body.
We are giving ourselves time to feel grounded and to release anxiety and stress.
So that's all that we're going to be focusing on today.
Simple breathing.
All I want you to do is focus on breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
If you want to hold your breath at the top for a second or two,
If it feels natural to you then go ahead and do that.
The only thing that you need to focus on now for the next few minutes is your breathing and feeling at peace in your environment.
Every time you breathe in imagine you're breathing in this incredibly magical life force that's rejuvenating and re-energizing.
Every breath you take has purpose.
The purpose is to feel grounded and at ease.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
You you you You feel at one with the universe.
You feel the life force that you've been breathing in circulating throughout your body and it's making you feel fresh and good about yourself.
You are loved.
When you're at work and when you're doing day-to-day tasks I want this meditation to serve as a reminder to do breath work even during the day because breathing is one of the most important things that we can do in order for us to feel good again because often these fast-paced lives can take us away from feeling good about ourselves and we deserve to feel good.
You you you Don't forget to take time to breathe during the day.
Every day we should be focusing on our breath from time to time.
It's the only way that we can feel present and grounded.
You Thank you for listening.
