This meditation can be used just before you are about to go to sleep. This meditation is designed to help you sleep blissfully throughout the night. Deep sleep is very important and that's why I designed this particular sleep meditation around precisely this. Everyone deserves a good night's sleep and often the importance of good sleep isn't emphasized enough in society. We are frequently told to eat well but sleep is just as important.

Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.

This meditation is intended to activate part of your mind that will help you get better night's sleep.

Sleep quality is extremely important for performance,

For overall feelings of well-being,

To be able to deal with stress and anxiety and other negative emotions that affect us throughout the day.

Without a good night's sleep,

Our life suffers.

So today I'm going to take you on a guided journey so you can meet a spirit guide that wants to send you a message.

A message that hopefully will be able to get through to your unconscious mind,

To tap into a part of your mind that allows you to fall to sleep more peacefully.

Our spirit guides want what's best for us and the particular message that's going to be conveyed to you today in your mind is a message of cellular activation.

So,

First of all,

I just want you to focus on breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Be present and just focus purely on your breathing.

Don't worry if your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Don't worry about anything,

Just allow yourself to be.

Be gentle with yourself and just breathe easy.

No agendas,

No worries attached.

Give yourself permission to let go here and now so you can freely travel on this guided journey.

You're on a train,

An empty train by yourself.

As you look out the window,

Ahead of you all you can see is light.

Below you is water and the rail that the train is travelling on seems to be glowing gold and floating in midair miraculously.

The sight you see outside of the train window is like nothing you have ever seen before.

It's bringing you an overwhelming sense of peace and security.

And right now you are fully embraced in this moment and happy to be here.

As the train moves closer and closer towards the light,

You begin to feel lighter and lighter.

The heaviness,

The weight in your body is slowly dissipating into nothing.

It's almost like gravity is easing.

And as you feel lighter,

The less and less stressed and the less anxious you feel.

Really feel that carefree,

Natural way of being.

Allow yourself to experience it here and now.

All your worldly problems,

All that heaviness is going away and you're feeling lighter and much more free.

You take another look out the window and realise that actually you are now entering the light and as you do,

It's like the pressure that was in your forehead,

That was making you feel a little bit uneasy and restless,

Is also dissipating.

There tends to be a lot of tension in our forehead area and in this moment that's gone.

It's almost like with the lightening of your weight and heaviness,

All of that leaving your body,

At the same time so has your pains and your aches and your muscular stresses that you hold in each area of your body.

You can feel this ease of suffering.

You feel open and receptive to feeling good right now.

Ahead of you,

You see a building and the railway stops just outside this building.

The train is now getting closer and closer to the building.

Eventually the train stops and as the train stops the door opens and you step out onto the platform.

You notice the building is right there in front of you,

Almost willing you to walk into it.

So you walk up to the front door and notice that there's a golden symbol.

That golden symbol is just a love heart.

It's a love symbol.

And you have a feeling that this building you're about to enter isn't a bad place and you're excited to enter it.

So you open up the door and walk in.

And in this building all the colours of the rainbow are around you.

There's no visible equipment,

No tables,

No chairs,

No windows.

It's just a room of bright colours.

Surrounded around you and it's like there's frequencies going off,

Rebounding off your body.

It's almost like it's a tickling sensation as you feel these frequencies bouncing off you.

You take a closer look into the colour and emerging from the colour is a figure.

Out of nowhere the figure says,

Hello my friend.

I've been watching you your whole life and I've noticed your struggles recently.

And I want to help you lighten the burden,

Make you feel lighter.

The figure smiles,

You can't tell if it's a male or a female.

All you know is there's just this shape there introducing itself in a friendly way and you're willing to accept that notion.

The figure begins to speak again.

I want to bless you with good sleep.

You may have noticed on your journey you feel lighter and lighter.

This is the stresses of everyday life removing themselves from you.

Listen to my voice and listen to these sounds.

These sounds are entering your mind and are going to allow for incredible sleep quality.

This is my blessing to you.

You're now abandoning your stresses and your worries and you're allowing for lightness and improved sleep.

And you shall drift into a heavy deep sleep tonight.

You are not alone.

Give yourself permission to let go tonight and sleep easy and rest well my friend.

The figure smiles one more time and you step out of the building.

Just naturally without even thinking.

And you walk back towards the train and begin the journey back.

You realize that during this journey there is no real awareness.

But you also realize that that's okay as this journey was intended to heal you in one way shape or form.

And you are excited to receive the benefits of this meditation.

Step off the train and begin breathing easy again in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Become aware of your surroundings again.

I wish you the best night's sleep tonight.

Sigh. That was amazing. I beginning to spiral into an anxiety attack and I have been dealing with a lot of pain. This made me feel better and more hopeful. I found the teacher’s voice soothing.
