Hello and welcome to today's meditation.

In this guided meditation we are going to be manifesting abundance.

Abundance can mean lots of different things.

Often it's thought of as purely financial,

But you might also see it as relationships,

As time to spend in nature,

Whatever abundance means to you.

Abundance of good food to eat,

The limitless potential of the word.

So when you're ready,

Please close down your eyes,

Begin to settle your physical body.

Find a deeper connection to your breath,

Inhaling and expanding through the diaphragm and exhaling deeply,

Releasing any tension,

Inhale and exhale,

Inhaling deeply,

Filling up,

Feeling a sense of peace and mental coherence taking place.

Just starting to effortlessly observe the thoughts in your mind in this moment.

We work with meditations like this,

We are programming the subconscious mind,

So notice what's there in the conscious mind and then take yourself beyond that,

Find a place of stillness within.

Abundance expands in the same proportion as your desires,

There is always enough for everyone.

We release feelings of lack and not enoughness.

Begin to feel into a feeling of abundance,

Make it feel good,

Positive,

Light and overflowing.

Notice if any resistance comes up as you invoke this feeling of what it would feel like to be abundant in all areas of your life.

As we begin to open this pathway,

Perhaps the only proof of abundance will be your positive emotional state of allowing.

We must release the blockages and the stories that keep us in this lack mentality and create space for a flow of abundance.

Feel real appreciation for what is and an eagerness for what is coming.

Feeling appreciation for what is and an eagerness for what's coming.

Rest in the awareness of this feeling,

Feel the expansive nature of this feeling.

The path to abundance is an emotional path,

We must shift from our concept which is rooted in fear and worry that's based in eagerness and joy.

As we make this mental shift,

The physical universe and the world around us sets in motion to bring this abundance through you.

We work in a symbiotic relationship with Source,

So bask in the feeling for a moment longer,

The feeling of joy,

Eagerness,

Abundance,

Allow it to swell in your heart and breathe it in as if you're filling it up and exhale as if you're spreading it through your entire being,

Inhale as if you're filling it up,

Creating expansion and exhale sending it through your entire being.

Take both hands now and just place them over your heart space,

Just feeling the physical connectedness back into your body,

Abundance of love that resides inside of you,

The purest source of everything.

From that space take a big breath in and a full breath out,

Just bowing your head down towards your heart and bring a little bit of movement perhaps through your toes,

Some awareness back into the physical body and when you feel that you're fully present back in the physical,

Back in the room that you're sitting in,

Then you will gently open your eyes and our meditation is now complete.
