This empowered heart practice is designed to be practice anytime during the day. The technique focusses on the breath and connecting to your heart space, where boundless creativity, wisdom, and love reside. This practice will bring you into a state of rest and digest so that you can experience greater clarity, flow, and empowerment in your life. Make sure you create a safe, comfortable space to practice where you are warm enough and ideally won't be disturbed. I hope you enjoy this experience of meditating together.

Music Gently closing down your eyes.

Finding a comfortable seat.

Allowing yourself to settle into the seat that you've chosen.

Take some time to maybe find a little movement so that you're nussling yourself in.

So that you feel truly comfortable in your body.

And if at any time you feel uncomfortable,

Please just change your position.

Ensure that the back of your head is not resting onto a wall but there's some space.

So if you are supported by a chair or a wall,

The back of your head is free.

And once you've found that comfortable seat,

Begin to arrive into the experience of sitting in your body.

Notice if there's any sensations in the body.

If there's any tightness or tension or if you feel like there's just softness.

Acknowledging the natural state of your body in this moment.

And as you feel yourself settling into your seat,

The downward movement of energy through your pelvis.

Connecting you into what's beneath you.

And earthing quality through the sit bones.

Begin to draw your awareness now to your breath.

Notice the way in which the breath moves through you naturally and spontaneously.

Applying a lens of curiosity to your breath.

Are you breathing a little deeper or a little more shallow?

Just noticing and observing the natural rhythm of your own breath.

Gently opening your lips and allowing the breath to fall softly out of your mouth.

No tension in your jaw.

And we'll take a breath together.

Drawing breath into the belly.

Drawing further breath up into the chest.

And letting that all fall softly out of the mouth.

Again drawing breath into your belly.

Into your chest.

Take a further sip of air at the very top.

And then let that fall all the way out.

One more time to the belly.

To the chest.

Take a final sip of air at the very top.

Hold it for a moment.

And let it fall softly from your mouth.

Allowing your breath now to return to its own natural rhythm.

Feel how this breath together has created a settling down,

Calm feeling across the body.

And now take your awareness to your breath and the way in which it moves through your chest.

That beautiful sacred dance of heartbeat and breath.

Moving and pulsating together.

Feeling the gentle rise of your chest on the inhale.

And the softening and surrender of your chest on the exhale.

Seeing if you can start to feel the way in which this breath creates movement in the chest.

And creates a sense of flow into your heart space.

And keeping your awareness on the breath as it moves in and out of the chest.

And noticing along the way that thoughts might pop into your mind.

And you might start following a trail of a to-do list.

And when you notice that this happens just effortlessly bring yourself back to the breath.

And keeping your awareness on just observing the way the breath moves in and out of your chest.

If at any time the mind wanders center yourself back in your heart.

Feeling the flow in and out.

And we'll continue this for the next few moments.

Breathing in and out through the chest.

And I'll let you know when it's time to come out.

Spiritual and emotional level the effect that the meditation has had over your entire being You start to notice the difference between being Noticing if you feel more calm and at ease Has there been any tension in the body that has dissolved during our time together?

And then asking yourself how does your heart feel?

And without passing or placing any judgement on the answer Just checking in and truly listening to the calling of your heart That space inside of you of unbounded,

Limitless potential,

Limitless creativity,

Limitless flow of love Ever so gently floating both hands up to rest over your heart space Feeling the warmth of your skin and the connection of your hands,

The beat of your heart and the flow of your breath And what would it look like if you lived heart forward?

If you were able to stay in connection with the greater wisdom and intelligence of the heart space As you move from your meditation and out into the rest of your day or your evening Take a full breath into your nose Let it softly fall from your lips Gently dissolving your hands,

Letting them rest back down onto your legs or your lap Taking time to feel back into your body,

Your feet,

Your pelvis Maybe starting to move a little bit through your head,

Neck and shoulders So that you feel fully present back into your own body And when you feel ready,

Just gently start to flutter your eyelids open,

Softly allowing light to come back in Take some time just to sit and be,

To allow the experience to just unfold naturally Sit and be for as long as you like and when you feel ready You can step out into the rest of your day and see if you can lead to love,

To give both to yourself and to others from that place of love and abundance within Namaste Thank you for watching!
