A 25-minute guided practice that uses yoga nidra techniques to alchemise the heat or anger and to invite a sense of groundedness and calm. I will guide you through a somatic practice, a breathing practice and a calming visualisation. My voice is accompanied by gentle 417Hz frequency music.
