This is the meditation to start your day.

Sit in a comfortable position and come to a place of stillness.

Focus on your breathing.

Take some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the nose.

Notice how your body feels.

Notice how it changes with each breath.

Notice how you feel.

What thoughts and emotions are you holding right now?

Think about the thoughts and emotions you are holding that do not serve you and will not bring value to your day.

Let each of these thoughts leave your body with every exhale.

Allow your emotions to change as you let these thoughts go.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Let go of any remaining negative thoughts.

Now wiggle your fingers and toes.

Slowly open your eyes,

Ready to start your day.
