Take a moment for yourself.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Take a few deep breaths in through the nose and sigh out through the mouth.

When you are ready,

Allow your breathing to become natural again.

Be kind to yourself.

This is a moment for you.

Give yourself permission to relax and be still.

This is your time.

Have you been kind to yourself lately?

It's okay if you felt overwhelmed and that you just don't have the time.

It's so easy to allow the external to overtake our day-to-day lives with how fast-paced the world is.

We often feel left behind,

But we're doing something wrong and have little time for ourselves.

Don't be so hard on yourself.

It's okay.

Be kind to yourself.

Keep breathing.

Say thank you to yourself for everything that you do,

All the things that you try,

The efforts you make.

You have taken this moment for you.

Be kind to yourself.

Enjoy this moment of stillness for yourself.

Take a few more deep breaths and open your eyes.
