This is a quick meditation for you to check in with yourself.

You might be in the middle of a busy working day or maybe just feeling a little overwhelmed.

Take this moment to connect with yourself.

Bring your attention to your breath.

Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh out through the mouth.

Do this a couple more times and feel your shoulders relax and drop with each sigh.

In through the nose and sigh out through the mouth.

In through the nose and sigh out through the mouth.

Bring your focus to the present moment.

How do you feel?

Feel your mind clear and take time to connect with yourself.

Take one more deep breath in through the nose and sigh out through the mouth.

Now open your eyes and go back to your day feeling refreshed and calmer.
