Begin in a comfortable seated position and close your eyes.

Connect with your breath.

Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two.

Continue breathing in this way for the rest of the meditation.

Notice how your muscles relax with each exhalation.

Allow each exhale to help release tension from your body.

Three more breaths.

Now open your eyes and enjoy your day.
