In this place of stillness just start to notice how you're feeling,
The feel of your legs against the surface you're sat on,
Any sensations in your hands,
The temperature,
Any sounds around you.
Just notice.
There's no right or wrong to this,
We're just taking a bit of time out of our day to sit quietly.
If any thoughts pop into your head just notice them,
Acknowledge them.
Just feel the stillness in your body,
Feel the calm as you gently breathe.
Enjoy this moment of peace.
Take a couple of deeper breaths now,
Give your feet a little wiggle and your hands a gentle squeeze.
