I enjoyed this beautiful practice after work today. In the beginning I so desired the yummy feeling but my mind and body were doing its own thing. I continued with the practice and just let it happen. No expectations, I simply followed the practice accepting that each practice will be different and that’s okay. I’m gifting myself daily yoga nidra practices until it becomes a natural part of my day. I’m still basking in yoga nidra.

I felt drained before. Then I created a natural peaceful flowing feeling throughout my body. I experienced lounging outside on a beautiful day enjoying a soft breeze. It was like a day off relaxing on a summer day. Now I feel like I’m can do anything I want to finish or start today. It’s 4:20pm, and I feel refreshed. This is awesome. Thank you for showing me feeling relieved and happy is a breath away. 🌸💕☺️🌈☀️
