You can practice this Yoga Nidra to ease yourself into a restful state before bed, or for deep rest during the day. At the end, I will gently bring you back into a waking state but if you wish to continue on into sleep, simply place your awareness to the space behind your eyes and allow your mind to wander into sleep.
