I've designed this 30 Minute Yoga Nidra meditation with pratyahara techniques to withdraw your senses from the outside world, and bring your awareness inwards to tend to the somatic experience and reduce the overstimulation flare-up. This Yoga Nidra meditation is very supportive for sensory overload, and overtime can support your nervous system to widen it’s tolerance to the causes of overstimulation. At the end of the practice, you will be brought back into your waking life. You can practice this Yoga Nidra meditation in the daytime for non-sleep deep rest (NSDR) to re-balance your nervous system, or before bed to reduce stimulation supporting a better nights sleep. I have experience of a nervous system disorder, so first & foremost my Yoga Nidra practices are uniquely created from a place of embodiment of what you may be going through. How do you feel after the practice? And what other flare-ups/sensations would you like a yoga nidra to target next? Comment below, and follow.
