Rooted in classical yogic structure — including Sankalpa, body scan, breath awareness, and archetypal imagery — this is a no-nonsense approach to yogic sleep, free from therapeutic commentary or performance. After the guided portion concludes, the soundscape continues steadily for 8 hours with no sudden changes, no reactivation, and no ending bell, allowing your body and nervous system to settle and remain undisturbed through the night. You may remain aware as long as you are able — and if sleep comes, allow it.
