A magnificent impactful meditation which I have listened to three times at bedtime and each time becoming thoroughly relaxed that I fell asleep before the end. My body simply fell into depths of calm and deep peacefulness. The combination of rainfall, which always has a profound effect on my mood and sleep and the vinyl crackle was the perfect magical blend. A veil separated me from sheets of rain outside and I could count every raindrop. The music 🎶sent me deeper into my visual and I felt I could touch the raindrops.
