sensations: orange glowing sphere above my head, became aware of subtle energy of infinite waters in the spaces between my thoughts bubbling up from beneath the surface like vesicles exocytosing from a neuron terminal. beautiful!

Very inspiring to listen to, I think Elliot talks to us like we're not idiots and there's no pretense about it- very calming and helpful for staying in the present moment without feeling like you're trying too hard.
