Hello beautiful friend and welcome to your meditation session with me,

Elisa Bosmarova.

Go ahead now and take a nice deep breath in through the nose and release sighing out and exhale.

Before we begin our practice,

Go ahead and check in with yourself.

How are you feeling right now?

If it's helpful,

You can ask yourself on a scale from 0 to 10,

How anxious do you feel right now?

Accepting the answer without judgment,

With lots and lots of compassion.

On your next deep inhale and exhale,

Can you set an intention for your practice today?

Maybe it's to connect more deeply to your body,

To yourself,

Or simply to feel more calm,

Confident and at peace.

Once you've set that intention,

Go ahead and simply release it,

Like you're letting go of a balloon,

Letting it float off into the sky,

Trusting that you will receive and you have received what you are asking for.

Imagine now that you're standing in a beautiful meadow,

Surrounded by mountains,

Wildflowers and a soft gentle breeze.

At your feet you see a beautiful staircase leading into a valley below you,

A peaceful and safe place.

As I count down from 10 to 1,

I want you to see yourself taking all those steps down this beautiful staircase,

And with each step feeling twice as relaxed.

Twice as relaxed,

8,

7,

6,

5,

Melting that tension away,

4,

Feeling so comfortable and calm,

3,

2,

1.

And on the next step you will feel totally and completely at peace,

Calm and relaxed,

Deeply connected to yourself,

To your wonderful,

Worthy,

Vibrant,

True self.

Zero.

Lying down on the grass in this valley,

Surrounded by flowing water and wildflowers,

Go ahead and invite your body to relax even more deeply as you remember your truth.

That's right.

The truth of who you really are.

How powerful you really are.

How capable and brave you are,

Even when you feel scared.

Feeling filled with a beautiful glowing golden light,

Feeling that light flowing into your body,

Cleansing you from the inside out,

Removing any lower vibrational frequencies,

Clearing away the past,

And opening in you a greater capacity to enjoy,

To receive the best in life.

Take all the time you need here to savor and explore who you truly are.

Allowing any feelings that arise to move through the body as energy,

To simply continue on their way as energy.

Go ahead now and picture this beautiful golden light integrating into your body,

Your heart,

Your soul,

Becoming one with every cell in your body.

And when you're ready,

Getting up from that beautiful valley,

Surrounded by wildflowers and flowing water,

And return to that staircase,

Knowing that you will be able to take everything with you up there and into your life.

Stepping onto the first step,

And as I count from 1 to 10,

Feeling yourself becoming more energized,

Alert,

Connected,

And in love with yourself.

Feeling that energy,

5,

6,

7,

8,

9,

10.

Seeing yourself standing in that beautiful meadow,

That golden light now a part of who you are.

Can you set another intention here to give yourself all the love and compassion you need,

To take this time again and listen to this meditation anytime you feel that old anxiety rising again.

Can you send yourself so much love now?

And when you're ready,

Start to invite some movement into your body and bring yourself back into the room.
