Today, I propose a singing bowl therapy that addresses the root chakra and therefore the fear of not having enough or not being able to appreciate what we already have. Please close your eyes and relax to the sound of the Tibetan bowls and bells. Wear headphones for better results.I will release a piano version of it in the next week or 2. Namaste
