Breathe in and out,
Slowly.

Now,
Hold your breath for 2 to 3 seconds before you exhale.
Go ahead,
Breathe in,
Hold,
And breathe out,
Ever slower.
That's it.
One last time,
Breathe in,
Hold,
And out.
You are now in a relaxed state.
Relax your jaws and your tongue.
Feel the air as it comes into your nostrils.
A cool sensation in your lungs.
Feel the warmth of your out-breath at the crossroad between your nostrils and your upper lip.
Imagine a person that you love or appreciate very much or that you lost and that you want to see again.
Just here at your side,
Sitting on the bed,
Close to you.
Looking at you like an angel with such love that you can feel it vibrating into the whole of your body,
Up to your head,
Touching your soul.
Seeing his or her friendly face.

Now both hands on your left shoulder.
Your left arm now.
Your left hand.
Your right hand.
Your left hand.
Your right hand.
Your hip.
Your thigh.
Your leg.
Your left foot.
All of the toes of your left foot.
This energy soothes you and relaxes your body a little more as you let go of any tension remaining.
You feel safe.
You've never felt so relaxed before.
So heavy and completely letting go and giving in to this wave of relaxation.
Take a moment.
Now this person that you love is making her way back to the top of your head but starting from the toes of your right foot.
Your right leg.
Your right thigh.
Your right hip.
Your side.
Your hand.
Your arm.
Your right shoulder.
Both hands on the sides of your neck again.
Your face,
Your entire face.
And the top of your head again.
What a beautiful feeling.
A deep sensation of relaxation.
And you trust this person to make this session even more soothing for you,
More regenerating.
Letting go of all resistance and leaving yourselves happy to do their jobs.
That is healing.
Magical hands scanning your body.
Just take a moment to enjoy and feel this energy running in all your body.
Now imagine that she is placing her left hand on your heart and the right hand on your plexus.
