Such a powerful course! I am so grateful that you felt inspired to create and share this with the world. Finding this was divine timing and helped me take a truer look at myself in the mirror and discover the power that was there to create my own happiness all along. This helped crystallize lessons and messages that have been swirling around me as I’ve navigated a difficult challenge with a close family member. It made clear to me that there are choices I can make to liberate myself from toxicity and negativity, it’s just that they were unfamiliar. And unfamiliar is not a bad thing, especially when what is familiar to me has led to so much unnecessary and preventable suffering in my life.
