Welcome to Deep Relaxation to improve physical and emotional repair.
Start by taking a comfortable position in a room where nobody is going to disturb you.
You can either sit or lie down.
Close your eyes.
Take a few deep breaths.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Imagine a white glow of light that spreads healing energy into your whole body.
Feel the sensation as it expands into your entire body.
Touching your organs,
Your limbs,
Even the tip of your fingers and toes.
Then feel as the energy concentrate on one single point that is your heart.
I get in touch with my breathing.
I inhale gently and slowly and I exhale even slower.
I tune myself to the rhythm of my breathing.
I relax each and every single part of my body starting with my head.
For that I use my breath.
I focus on the top of my head while breathing.
My eyes.
The right eye,
Then the left eye.
My cheeks.
My jaws.
I unclench my teeth by slightly opening my mouth just a little.
I let go.
I end all resistance.
I relax my throat,
The back of my head.
I feel relaxed more and more.
It is taking over my entire head and face.
Going down,
I relax my chest,
Starting with my upper body.
My shoulders.
Then it's my upper back's turn,
All loose and nice.
I breathe in and when I breathe out I release all tension,
Pain and discomfort around my heart,
My solar plexus.
The tension around my stomach,
Upper and lower,
Melts away.
My entire back is relaxed.
I let myself go into a deeper state of relaxation,
Deeper and deeper and deeper.
Drifting.
I let go.
I also relax my arms,
Wrists,
Fingers,
Palm of the hands.
So relaxed.
Very relaxed.
I can feel a warm sensation spreading in my whole body.
A wave of relaxation is moving through it.
Waves and waves and waves of relaxation as I drift away.
I place my attention on my hips and pelvic area,
Genitals,
Bottom,
Thighs,
All loose and relaxed.
I now reach my knees,
Ankles,
Taking over my toes one after the other.
The relaxation is everywhere.
Sweet sensation.
Soft.
Caring,
Nurturing energy all over my body.
I feel good and I let go completely.
I am now an observer of my sensations.
I observe my emotions,
Feelings.
They are just that,
Emotions and feelings.
I let them go for now like clouds without identifying with them.
I am the sky,
I am not the clouds.
No draw,
No judgement.
I just breathe and breathe deeper and deeper.
I imagine that my hand is clearing the clouds away,
Chasing them.
I feel soothed and relaxed and I stay with this sensation for a while.
Now I am in a state of deep relaxation.
Now ask yourself,
What could I add into my life that would bring me joy?
Something creative,
Something that I used to enjoy before.
What would it be?
Can you visualize yourself doing it?
Are you alone or in a group?
Where are you?
What are you doing?
Feel the pleasure that you have just by imagining the realization of this project.
Imagine what would your life be if you would only do what you love?
