Welcome to this five-minute check-in.
Closing down your eyes,
Getting comfortable and just taking a moment to connect to your breath,

Breathing in relaxation,
Just breathing out any tightness or tension.
Breathing in and out,
Just allowing yourself to be here.

Bringing all of your awareness into this present moment,
I'm gonna ask you a couple of questions and I invite you to take a moment to tune into what these answers may be for you.
As we just take a moment to connect with yourself on a deeper level,
How are you?
How are you really?
How are you feeling in this moment?
Are there any specific emotions that are present?
How is your body feeling?
And is there anything that it's needing?
Just noticing anything that comes up as I ask you these questions without any judgment,
Just pure curiosity.
Finally,
What are you needing in this moment,
Today,
This week?
What are you needing to bring even more awareness into the body,
Into the mind?
Just noticing thoughts,
Feelings,
Emotions.
Perhaps you've gained some awareness around how you're feeling and what you're needing.
As you just take a moment for yourself and the real question is now,
What will you do with this information?
Knowing that the answers are always within,
The power to pivot is always within reach and sometimes all we need to do is slow down and ask ourselves some questions.
Tune into your own GPS,
Your inner guidance.
It's always there and there will always be five minutes if you choose to take it.
