Welcome to this 10 minute reset.
This guided meditation is designed to help you calm down your nervous system and bring your body,
Mind and emotions back into a state of balance.
Listen to this recording at any time of the day or night with the intention of stopping,
Slowing down and hitting the reset button.
So let us begin by closing down your eyes,
Allowing yourself to get comfortable.
Taking a long,
Slow and gentle inhale,
Resting your attention on the sensation of the air as it passes over in through your nostrils,
Filling your chest and your stomach.
Noticing as the inhale ends and shifts back through to a gentle and slow exhale.
Breathing in,
Deep relaxation.
And just breathing out,
Any tension.
Noticing the sensations in the body as the air passes back out and your body and your mind begin to slow down.
Taking another long,
Slow inhale,
Directing your attention to the sensation of the air as you breathe in.
And a long,
Slow exhale.
Noticing any sensations in your body.
Feeling every inward breath slowly beginning to calm down your nervous system and bring a sense of harmony into the body.
Breathing in,
Relaxation.
And just breathing out,
Any tension.
Breathing in,
Deep relaxation.
And just breathing out,
Any tension.
Taking a moment to pause in between the inhale and the exhale.
Enjoying the space in between where there is nowhere to be,
Nothing to do,
Except just be here now,
In this moment.
Allowing my voice to guide you.
And allowing it to guide you into sinking a little further down now.
Breathing in,
Relaxation.
And breathing out,
Any tension.
Breathing in,
Peace,
Balance,
Harmony.
And breathing out,
Any heaviness in your body.
Breathing in,
A calming and grounding feeling.
And breathing out,
Anything that is no longer serving you in this moment.
If your mind wanders,
Gently return it to noticing your breath.
Without expecting anything more,
For a few moments.
Give yourself an opportunity to be present.
To ground and to center.
Feel yourself becoming one with everything around you.
Noticing how good it feels when we just stop.
Just take that time to connect with ourselves.
To put everything else aside.
And enjoy the moments in between.
The moment right here,
Right now.
Where there is nowhere to be,
Nothing to do.
Slow down the mind and body.
Enjoy this moment in between.
This space that you have created here for yourself today.
Because every day there are so many moments in between.
And this is just another intentional moment that you have created here for yourself.
To ground,
To center.
And to breathe.
Breathing in.
Deep relaxation.
And just breathing out.
Any tension.
Breathing in.
Peace.
Balance.
And harmony.
And breathing out.
Any heaviness in your body.
Breathing in.
Calm.
Grounding feelings.
And breathing out anything that is no longer serving you in this moment.
And as you feel yourself slowly coming back to waking consciousness.
Bringing with you a sense of rejuvenation.
Knowing that at any time you can create the space to bring your body,
Your mind and your emotions back into a state of balance.
Enjoying one long,
Slow,
Final breath in.
Feeling the breath sink down into every part of your body.
Enjoying that space in between the inhale and the exhale.
Where there is just right here,
Right now.
And when you're ready,
Breathing out.
Letting go.
Just feel every cell,
Every muscle in your body.
Grounding in this moment now.
Taking this grounding,
Calm feeling back with you into your day.
Taking your time to come back now.
Feeling rejuvenated,
Centered and grounded.
And ready for whatever is ahead of you.
And as you come back,
