Transcript

As we begin,

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down.

Remove any distractions and slowly begin to empty your mind.

Acknowledging any thoughts that may intrude and just begin to let them go.

Breathing in deep relaxation and just breathing out any tension.

Just allow a drifting floating feeling to develop in your body now.

Now picture in your mind how you feel.

Now picture in your mind ten steps descending.

Just get that same looking down feeling that you might get as you look over a balcony or down a flight of stairs.

And you are looking down on the tenth step now.

You are moving onto this tenth step right now.

You can see your feet,

Even feel your feet.

Dreading down as you step down you go deeper.

Sink down deeper.

You are taking step nine now.

You can see your feet making contact with every step.

You are taking step eight.

Down,

Down,

Down.

As you take step seven,

Just feel yourself going even deeper down.

You are taking step six as each muscle,

Every nerve turns loose,

Lets loose and you go deeper.

You are taking step five,

You are half way down now.

You are taking step four,

Every sound,

Noise and movement is flowing right through you.

Carrying you deeper down and further into a deep,

Calm and relaxable state.

As you take step three,

Just feeling yourself go deeper now.

As you take step two,

Down,

Down,

Down.

You are taking step one,

Just relax deeply now.

You are now in a state of deep relaxation and your eyes are closed.

You can just feel yourself begin to drift.

Drifting into a calming,

Relaxing state.

Knowing that your subconscious mind is listening and your conscious mind and body can simply relax.

Knowing there is nowhere to be,

Nothing to do except drift deeper and deeper now.

As you continue to listen to my voice,

Just allow your mind to begin to accept everything that is said to you today.

From this point forward,

As your new truth.

So just relax and take a moment to notice how good you feel.

How good it feels to simply relax,

To create some space for yourself today.

As I guide you through this self-love journey.

Acknowledging any thoughts that may intrude and just begin to let them go.

Breathing in,

Deep relaxation.

Just breathing out any tension now.

And as we begin,

Imagine yourself full of an abundance of self-love.

See yourself now practicing self-care.

Putting yourself on your to-do list.

And treating yourself like you love yourself.

See yourself now creating healthy boundaries.

Powerfully saying yes to things that feel in alignment and no to things that don't.

Powerfully speaking your truth.

See yourself healing the past and continually learning and growing.

Committing to the process and falling in love with the journey.

See yourself talking to yourself like you love yourself.

Speaking kind,

Encouraging and beautiful words to yourself the way that you would talk to your best friend.

I am in the process of accepting everything about myself.

I deserve love and self-respect.

I am worthy of love and self-respect.

What if I were to love myself more and more every day?

I am in the process of loving myself more and more every day.

I am cultivating a deep level of self-love within myself because this is my birthright.

I am open and willing to receive massive amounts of love into my life.

Receiving love from myself and others is my birthright.

I am whole,

Perfect and complete just the way that I am.

I am enough.

I am enough.

I am enough.

Now take a moment to notice how good you feel within your body.

Notice any sensations,

Any emotions that may be present.

And just take a moment to enjoy the time you've created for yourself today.

The time you've created to strengthen your relationship with yourself.

To cultivate deeper feelings of self-love and self-acceptance.

Begin to slowly wriggle your fingers.

Wriggle your toes.

Feel the space around you and beneath you.

Take a long gentle breath in and out.

Smile as you gently begin to open your eyes.

Come back into the room and have an incredible day.
