Okay,
So gathering all of your life force into your spine,
Your grounding cord,
And your breath in present time,
Knowing that if you can feel your body,
Feel the earth,
And feel your breath,
You are in present time,
Which is the only place we have power or capacity to create change.
And starting to just let yourself relax into the support that's here for you,
And the support that gravity and your breath and your presence offer you.
On the in-breath,
Seeing how much space,
Capacity,
Openness you can allow in your body,
In your cells,
In the space around your cells.
And on the exhale,
How much you can allow yourself to receive the support that's behind you and beneath you,
Your central channel,
Your grounding cord,
Your breathing spine.
Giving your system permission to receive support and permission to relax and let go.
When life is full,
When things feel scattered,
When there's a lot of change,
When we're changing our roles or our relationship to our time,
Our life,
Which is always how it goes and transitions,
It's so helpful to gather your life force into your low belly,
Into your tantien,
So that it's not scattered in the past,
In the future.
It's not still tethered to roles that no longer are connected to your life or to your truth,
To your optimal alignment,
And to help release energy out of the head and the thinking mind.
So breathing into your low belly,
Your tantien.
I like to visualize it like a golden balloon or a golden goose egg in your low belly that can expand on the inhale.
Filling up and soften and relax down and in on the exhale.
You're gathering your life force,
You're gathering your energy,
Your attention,
Your time,
Your presence from anywhere past your future where it might be tethered,
And it's coalescing,
Gathering,
And pooling in your low belly,
In the golden bowl of your pelvis.
Retrieving your life force from your to-do list,
From all the hypothetical future moments that you're planning or wondering about,
Just trusting that it's safe to just be you and just be here,
Exactly as you are right now.
And gathering yourself into presence in an embodied way like we're doing right now is the most powerful thing you can do to support your future,
Your well-being,
Your being and doing in the world going forward.
Giving yourself permission to be deeply well,
Resourced and held and even relaxed right here in the midst of it all.
Breathing into your low belly,
Gathering your life force there.
And when we're transitioning out of old roles,
Old locations,
Old relationships,
And into the unknown of the groundless ground of present moment reality,
And into our movement into whatever's next,
It's really helpful to just consciously retrieve your life force from those patterns.
We live in patterns.
It's how our ego functions,
Our sense of self.
And our system usually doesn't like change,
Even if it's change we chose or we're excited about.
There's a way our system loves to live in autopilot.
And so we're just consciously gathering life force from patterns.
And bringing it all into what's true now,
Trusting that your inner knowing,
Your wisdom is what will guide you into your actual alignment going forward.
Not the momentum of your former self.
So we're gathering,
Gathering,
Gathering ourself.
And we're releasing everything we think we know.
And as your sit bones and tailbone ground more into the earth,
Into the golden bowl of your pelvis breathing,
More of your life force arrives into your central channel and your breathing spine.
Just see if that root and that alignment wants to find more flow,
More capacity,
More structural alignment.
Let that happen.
Giving yourself permission to change,
To heal,
And to align.
That it's okay for things to be profoundly different,
Even at the end of this meditation.
It's like allowing yourself to arrive in the moment.
Right in the middle of the moment,
You just continually arrive.
Every breath is stepping into a new moment and stepping out of the former one.
And it's just effortlessly happening and you are present for it.
And sometimes from this grounded center,
It can be helpful to say this prayer from inside of you.
I call on my higher self,
My divine alignment,
My true nature to align with my optimal potential,
My optimal well-being and path in this life with grace and ease,
With divine perfect timing,
And in alignment with my highest good for the benefit of all beings.
And just see if you can relax into the support and intention of that prayer and let it carry you,
Let it guide you,
Let it hold you.
Another prayer is,
More and more every day,
I am in full alignment with my optimal potential,
My optimal well-being and divine capacity in this human life with grace and ease,
Divine and perfect timing,
In alignment with highest good for all.
And then just relax and open and see how life moves through you as you,
How love and goodness move through you as you.
You're fully present,
You're fully participating,
Co-creating,
You're so supported and so relaxed,
Full of willingness to heal,
To live,
And to love,
And full of resource while you do it as a being.
And it's from this grounded center,
This intention and inner alignment,
That the question,
Is this mine to do?
Which is a question that helps guide us into how to align with our true path,
Our true service,
Optimal alignment for our energy,
Our time,
And our attention.
It's from this grounded center that that question can really show us the way,
In a flow that guides you,
Versus being guided by shoulds or patterns,
Old archetypes,
Old roles.
You're living from presence,
From your breathing heart and breathing spine,
And your intention,
Your willingness to be in alignment with what is,
And to do what's yours to do.
Over time,
As you practice this,
You gain a confidence that you will be guided,
Because you're so open,
Because you're so grounded and present,
Because present time is the only place in which we can receive guidance or actual support or clarity,
And that you're moving from your center.
So taking a few big breaths,
Perhaps starting to relate to the world around you a little bit more,
Through your eyes,
Your sense of touch or smell,
Really keeping your awareness in this grounded center you've cultivated,
This new,
Fresh moment of you.
Let that flow be what guides you,
Going forward in your day,
And in your life.
