About Elizabeth Astor Elizabeth is a confirmed lineage holder in the lineage of Adyashanti and Sharon Landrith, and she teaches the path of awakening with their support. She brings her whole heart to walking the path of a modern day mystic, as a mother of two young daughters, while working in the world. She leads workshops and retreats in Colorado and online. Elizabeth works as a licensed Acupuncturist and herbalist, Medical intuitive, Akashic Records consultant, and a body-mind-spirit specialist. She is grateful to have over 20 years of experience in meditation practices and traditions from all over the world, and has spent over a year of her life in spiritual retreat. She is trained as a meditation instructor within two different Dharma traditions, and has taught different forms of mindfulness, self-compassion and awareness for over a decade. Elizabeth's prayer is that she can share the gift of the teachings and practices she has been shown with others in a way that truly serves. OMG so powerful! I had a spiritual experience while doing this meditation. This is exactly what I needed and I got outside signs at the same time, for example, my lamp came on slowly, on sunrise mode EXACTLY when you started talking about letting the light in. And it got brighter as we went on. I have lost two aunts, my mother and my brother all in the last five years, and I’m getting a divorce. I truly felt the love and support of those women. Lots of tears, but good release. Thank you. 🙏 😢🤍

❤️Thank you❤️ I really really appreciate this content. It feels so incredibly important. One thing I’d like to mention - In these meditations where we are asked to imagine something, or visualize something, or put our attention on something, I almost always feel like I need more time in quiet. I truly appreciated every word you said, and also, I would appreciate one really large chunk of uninterrupted quiet. I kept feeling “interrupted” while trying to put my attention on the good feeling things in life (and then also appreciated all your words too). Just food for thought! Ultimately, much gratitude and appreciation! Thank you thank you! ❤️

So supportive, thank you 🙏🏻 I experience a lot of anxiety and fearful thinking and will practice this regularly, especially when I have upcoming situations that take me out of my comfort zone. Like a job interview I have in two days' time 😬 I'll practice again tomorrow and the next day and see how it goes 🙏🏻
