Allow the relaxation to move into your shoulders.
Chest.
Back.
And stomach.
Breathe relaxation into your waist.
Hips.
Pelvis.
And buttocks.
Another deep breath and relaxation moves into your thighs.
Knees.
Calves.
Ankles.
And feet.
You feel warm and relaxed.
Your body.
Is at peace.
And when you are ready.
Slowly and gently move your body around and come back into the room.
Open your eyes.
Aware and awake.
