Hello and welcome to Reiki with Smoky Quartz. I'm Fletcher from Elevate Your Health and I'm thankful that you are joining us in this moment. Please take a deep breath and find yourself in a comfortable position. Take a moment to be with your Smoky Quartz, If you have one. If you don't have one, Just take a moment to connect with the one that I have in my hand. The one that has volunteered to be part of this Reiki session to hold and transmit energy from spirit to you. This Smoky Quartz starts by directing its energy and Reiki healing energy, I should say, To your heart center. Now, Imagine a circle and this circle goes around your heart like a fence. Let's explore what that fence might look like. What is its purpose? Are you using it to keep things out or for decoration? How big is this fence? Are we talking indestructible, No one can get in or out? Or maybe there's a gate or a few gates. But what if your fence was so low that people just stepped right over it, Coming right in, Disregarding its purpose? Are there times when you receive invitations and say yes, Even when you really don't want to go? What does this say about the fence? What if this fence represented your personal boundaries? Is it too strict, Too stringent, Too rigid? Or could it do with a bit of enforcing? Think about this fence incapacity to your friends. What does the fence look like with loved ones? What does that fence look like with strangers? What does that fence look like for work? Reiki is shining a light down on your fence. Take a moment to receive information about what your fence needs in this moment. Are your personal needs being met? Are your dietary needs being met? Are you getting the appropriate amount of energy for your body's current needs? And if you were to zoom out, Looking at all of your habits, Patterns, And rituals, What would you need more of? And what needs to be reduced? What needs to be done in order for this fence to maintain its balance and symmetry? You return to the image of the fence around your heart, Recalling what it looked like in the beginning of our session, And what it looks like now. Taking a moment to reflect upon its transformation, And asking yourself, Is there anything else I need? Thank you for joining me.
