Welcome to a 10-minute meditation where we infuse any areas of the body that is in pain with light.

If you can go outside and be in actual light,

Light of the sun or light of the moon or light of the stars,

Really just anywhere in nature,

That's always encouraged.

That's always encouraged.

But wherever you are,

I invite you to sit up nice and tall,

Take a big deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth.

In deeper,

Breathe in through the nose and out the mouth.

Keep the breath going like this.

And on the breath in,

You fill with divine white light.

And on the breath out,

You let that move through your entire body.

Now breathing in the nose,

In the light,

And sealing the lips and breathe out the nose,

Moving all of those magnetic sensations through the body.

And this is the practice.

We're breathing in light and we're breathing it out through the body,

And then it will move wherever it needs to go from there.

Trust your own rhythm,

Your own pace.

And whenever you feel a stuck sensation in the body,

Allow for your attention to focus there and let each inhale infuse the body with light and each exhale moving the energy however it wants to move.

Maybe this is a meditation where you do let your body move,

Where you let the sensations that want to be transitioned through and out of the body to do that.

Maybe that means that your breaths are shallower than normal.

Maybe your breaths are way deeper.

Maybe they're just at a natural pace.

But keeping the attention on the breath and moving the energy is the key.

Good.

Now wherever you feel this stuck energy,

Wherever you feel extra tightened sensation,

Allow for yourself to relax into it with each out breath,

Releasing the muscles around,

Visualizing space,

Spaciousness around the part of your body that is in pain,

Around the part of the body that is in communication,

Saying,

Hey,

Listen up,

Something's going on here.

How can you bring kindness and compassion towards this part of the body or these parts of the body that are speaking to you right now?

Breathing in light and exhaling that through each and every cell,

Allowing for the light to do its work on every cell and organ and bone and ligament,

Every vessel of your body infused with the natural healing light of nature.

Keeping your attention right here,

Allowing for each and every fiber of the being to be infused with this light,

With the support of the breath,

Allowing for each exhale to move the light through the body,

Trusting the divine intelligence of your body to be healing always.

That is what our bodies are made to do,

These miraculous vehicles that we're able to breathe and feel and connect with the world,

Sharing with us information and deep wisdom if we can really listen.

Think of the rest of this time to listen deeply to the body and using the exhale to send healing all over.

I will call you out when it's time.

For the last few breaths,

I invite you to breathe this healing energy out of your body into the world,

Sending this sensation of light moving through your body out of every cell to heal all beings everywhere,

Allowing for this practice to be so much more than just for you and it also has to be for you and then when it's for you,

It can move out into our world.

Thank you for taking the time to move these healing vibrations through the body,

Moving this light.

Your healing is everyone's healing.
