Welcome to this moment.
Allow yourself to be as you are.
Begin to soften your entire body.
Rest your mind and your heart right here.
Gently closing your eyes if that feels right.
Placing a hand or two over your heart only if that feels comfortable.
Either way,
Tune into your heart.
What is present within your heart?
What feelings are asking to be felt?
What feelings are visiting your heart,
Knocking at the doorway of your heart?
Let these feelings in.
Know that these feelings are simply visiting.
No feeling is final.
My friend,
The feeling itself is not what causes suffering.
It is our resistance to the feeling that causes more pain.
Can you allow yourself to feel deeply now?
It is safe to feel.
To feel means you are all the way alive.
Feelings are just energy wanting to move through you.
Feelings just want to be expressed,
Felt,
Seen,
Acknowledged.
My friend,
You don't have to know why you are feeling a certain way.
Just let it be.
Breathe with the feelings that are rising,
That are visiting.
It is safe to feel.
Notice what happens to your heart,
Your awareness,
Your energy,
When you give yourself this permission to feel it all.
Allow your breath to support you and hold you through.
No feeling is too much,

Your feelings are so,
So valid.
It makes sense to feel how you feel.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Be kind to your mind.
Be gentle and compassionate with you.
Slow breath in.
Slower exhale.
Notice how maybe a feeling that once felt overwhelming has calmed down,
Has settled.
Your capacity to hold space for you and your feelings is what really matters.
When we shift into the observer mind while we meditate,
We get better at feeling.
We don't feel better.
We get better at feeling.
To feel is to be human and to be alive.
May you always open the doorway of your heart to let the feeling in.
To feel it fully.
And this will set you free.
Slow inhale.
Hold for a moment.
Exhale,
Let it go.
Release any lingering judgment.
Shame.
Hold.
Big exhale.
One more inhale.
Hold.
Can you feel the safety of your nervous system?
Feelings are nothing to fear.
They are invitations.
A sign that you are here.
You are living.
Notice how you feel now.
On your next inhale,
Find some movement,
Some awareness in your body.
Maybe roll the shoulders a little bit.
Feel your heart opening.
Only when you're ready and not a moment sooner.
Blink your eyes open if they were closed.
Go gently now.
Be kind to yourself.
