Visit every joint,
Every muscle in your body and let it sink deeper into the ground,
Exhale.
You are free to feel peace here,
To feel grounded here,
Despite all that is swirling around you,
Despite all that is unknown,
You can rest and let go here,
Begin to imagine hundreds and hundreds of roots growing beneath you,
Just like the roots of trees,
Allow these roots to sink deeper into the earth,

But keeping you safe,
Held,
Nourished,
Feel the gravitational pull and feel held by the earth,
