What is it that you fear my friend,
Maybe it's the fear of using your voice,
Going to an event or experiencing something new or something again,
Whenever we are hysterical it's usually because we are historical,
Meaning whenever something arises in the present moment it can tend to come from something in our history,
Our body can remember the past and it can cause extra worry and fear in the present as we move into the future,
Breathe and notice here,
Where are these feelings coming from,
Inhale,
What if it all goes really really well,
Begin to allow the mind to visualize whatever it is that you fear,
Visualize it going really well,
See yourself doing the thing and wrap your experience up in positivity and light,
Visualize every single step,
This is yours,
Really focus in on how you feel,
How your body feels,
How your breath feels,
Allow this visualization to unfold,
Knowing and trusting what is possible,
Maybe resting your hands on your lap with your palms wide open,
An act of surrender,
Setting down all your worries,
Knowing that your worries do not change the outcome,
Continue to visualize,
What do you see,
Who do you see,
What do you hear,
What do you taste,
What can you touch around you,
How does it feel to visualize this moment,

What if it goes better than you can even imagine,
What if your expectations of it are actually limiting whatever it is that you're fearful of from being the best,
