Begin to ease into this moment,

Allowing yourself to gently drift away from whatever was just happening so that you can be here.

Kindly tell the future to wait,

And take a deep breath in,

Exhale as you arrive,

Gently closing your eyes if you'd like,

Tuning into your inner world.

Let yourself be,

Give yourself permission to change,

To feel,

To shift,

Give yourself the space to completely unravel,

Breathe in gently,

Let it go,

Releasing tension in your forehead,

Your jaw,

Allow your body to feel heavy and held.

When the seasons shift,

No one really questions nature,

It's just what happens,

Naturally things rearrange,

Leaves fall,

Temperatures change,

What if we stopped questioning what changed within us,

What if we allowed different seasons to come and go,

What would it feel like to embrace change,

To soften and allow,

Allowing your shift into this season to be subtle,

To be slow and steady,

Breath in,

Breath out.

Morgan Harper Nichols writes,

My plans keep changing,

But I'll keep trusting that perhaps in these unknowns,

My awareness of what really matters will grow.

Perhaps in slowing down,

I will learn to peel back the layers and find that even here,

In the wild of my worry,

My heart is still beating,

Peace will still find me here,

Joy will still find me here,

And maybe I will still grow in courage despite what I fear,

And maybe even though this season does not look how I thought it would,

There is beauty and there is good,

Even in the smallest things.

So I will trust and believe I have not missed out on what is meant for me,

I will look back on this season with gratitude that I chose to breathe deep and travel through,

And I will be stronger than I can ever imagine.

I will say thank you to this season.

Steady breath in,

Let it go.

May you know that this season won't last forever,

So how can you open your heart,

Your palms to surrender,

To welcome in whatever it may bring,

Allow yourself to feel peace and relief,

Feel the settling,

The surrender to the season,

Embracing change,

Let it go.

How do you want to feel this season?

What can be your word for this season?

May you choose to embody this word as you move forward,

As things continue to shift and change,

There are gifts in every season.

You can remain strong and steady,

You will grow,

You will evolve.

Slow breath in,

Release it.

Ah,

Just notice gently how your heart and your mind feel now,

Notice the change that has happened here,

The contrast between the you that you are now and the you that you were when you started this practice.

What a beautiful thing.

Gently bring awareness back to the room you're in,

Feel into the ground,

The chair,

The cushion beneath you,

Breathe in,

Let it go.

Without any rush,

Blink your eyes open if they were closed.

Gently arriving back into your space and may you carry this practice with you.

From my heart to yours.

WoW there is such a change in my heart from when I started this meditation to " now" as I write. As someone who lives with chronic health and have had a challenging year with infections, viruses as an added extra to my health, the accepting and deep breathes felt very calming and my heart felt at ease as I realised that by acceptance of the different seasons in my life, my body feels calmer, more at ease,my heart feels centered filled with welcoming light and love as I allow what is. Divine timing, perfect. Namaste 🙏 ✨️
